Q | Do Agility Foods balls need to be refrigerated?

A | Agility Foods balls are made with raw ingredients and we find that while refrigeration isn't required, it does help to preserve the taste and texture of the product.  

Q | Can I freeze Agility Foods balls?

A | Yes!  Freezing Agility Foods balls is a great way to extend their shelf life -- if you can stop yourself from eating them all in one sitting! You can also toss frozen balls in your kid's lunchbox or in your gym bag to enjoy later in the day.

Q | What is the shelf life of your foods?

A | If kept in the refrigerator, Agility Foods balls are best consumed within 1 month.  If stored in the freezer, we recommend consuming within 3 months.

Q | Do your foods contain genetically modified ingredients?

A | No, all Agility Foods are non-GMO.

Q | How long does it take to process an order?

A | Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains!

Q | What about shipping? 

A | We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
